With 16 years of experience in Corporate America, alongside managing parenting, relationships, and community engagement, I have gained valuable insights into the principles of transformative leadership in both personal and professional contexts. I am dedicated to supporting emerging leaders of color, especially Black mothers, in uncovering and utilizing their strengths and leadership abilities as they pursue their aspirations and shape the lives they envision.
